Highlights of our week from the perspective of our students: 

"We learned the difference between a fidget tool and a fidget toy." WC

"We are working on skipping and one of the moves we are working on is the straddle cross." SS

"We were looking at artifacts and then we wrote our connections, wonders and notices in our visual journals." KB

"In Research, we looked at health care in Peru, Tunisia, Ukraine and India." JP

"We had Valentine's day today and we got lots of Valentine's cards and we made our own bags." CB

"We learned a new strategy in Math and it was called stacking." JM

"In Math, we did a show what you know and decided what strategy we used for subtraction, I used pictures." BR

"On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we stayed inside for the WHOLE day and we did lots of movement breaks." LE

"In Music, we have been learning about a composer named Mozart." GM

"In read to self, we had to find a word that we did not know the meaning of and look it up in the dictionary." NNS and LE

"We read with a partner and we each chose to read a page." EM
